College Food – Bagel Cheese Dip

Bagel Cheese Dip is a superb snack for cheese lovers; ultimately lazy college students who LOVE cheese.  The recipe only involves 3 ingredients and can practically be made in your sleep.  A microwave makes it a little easier to mix up the dip, but it isn’t completely necessary.  You can use your muscles to soften the cheeses up mixing them by hand.  Bagel cheese dip is always a hit with friends whether you guys are hanging out in the dorm watching TV or out and about mingling at a party.

Bagel Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

1 5oz jar Old English Cheese

1 8oz cream cheese (softened)

3 bags of various flavored bagels (onion, garlic, everything, plain, blueberry, etc.)

Directions:

If you have a microwave- great!- put both the Old English Cheese and the cream cheese in for about 15 seconds to soften them up. Then mix the cheeses together until smooth and serve in a bowl with the various flavors of bagels cut up in cubes for dipping.

If you don’t have a microwave- no worries. Mix together both the cheeses by hand with a mixing utensil until smooth.  This will take a little longer, but it still works.  Then serve in a bowl with the various flavors of bagels cut up in cubes for dipping.

Let the dipping begin, Enjoy!
