Bringing you another option for keeping/ getting that slammin’ physique for your college years. Zumba is a great way to stay active and fit while also having a great time with your friends, learning some dance moves for the clubs and even meeting new people! Lunges and squats are also incorporated for toning.
Zumba is for everyone! Fast and slow rhythms are both included, along with resistance training for fitness and losing weight.
