College Food – Ramen Noodle Broccoli Slaw
The summer sun is out, days are longer, and class loads a little lighter; the last thing you want to be doing is hanging out in the dorm kitchen watching your Hot Pocket spin around in the microwave. It’s time to get a little creative with those Ramen noodles, so I share with you Broccoli Slaw! It’s delicious, summery, quick, healthy and inexpensive. It’ll feel like you’re right back home at family dinner. Plus it’s convenient to pack up and bring for a quick lunch in-between classes or make a big batch and bring it along to the grill out over the weekend.
Broccoli slaw doesn’t require a stove or microwave. Once all the ingredients are mixed together keep in the fridge and there’s no prep time when you decide to pull it out for a quick meal or little snack.
