Microwave Bread Pudding

This super easy recipe comes to DormWise from Kook to Cook's YouTube Channel with contains a number of easy recipes. This one is especially simple and only requires a few ingredients and supplies.

Ingredients:
Bread (they recommend a baguette)
2 eggs
Sugar (a heaping half cup)
Milk (about half a cup)
Butter
Nutmeg (optional)
Cinnamon
Brown Sugar
Raisins
**Remember, if you don't have spices on hand, consider asking the dining halls if you can have a small amount to take back to your dorm for this project.

Equipment:
Cutting board and knife
Fork (to whisk eggs)
Bowl
Microwave safe bowl with lid (or plastic wrap to cover the top)

Careful! It will be very hot when you remove the pudding from the microwave. Either let the dish cool in the microwave or use a towel to remove it. Enjoy!
