Over the last week DormWise has seen some pretty exciting changes, beginning with the creation of a news feed here on the homepage! For those of you who were familiar with the site before, we removed the flash image on the homepage that welcomed everyone to the site with a picture of an empty dorm room and a bag of trash! Uh oh... not quite the best message to send to a new visitor, even if we were going to tell them how to straighten that dorm room up. This will help DormWise let visitors know about the newest changes, most recent articles, featured authors and more.

We've also welcomed a new contributing author, Andrew, who will be adding great recipes to the Food and Drink section. You can check out two of his articles already live on the site:
